Get Fit Boxing
To get fit and stay fit, you need to find an exercise you like doing, so you will keep doing it. For many people boxing is that exercise. Get Fit Boxing is perfect for those who want to learn to box for fitness. Many girls come because they can do a hard boxing workout and not worry about getting hit. Our Grading Events help you set goals and get motivated.
The classes have an authentic boxing feel. They are conducted in North Sydney PCYC’s boxing room in the ring where it’s all about hard work and results, not for show!

We are at PCYC North Sydney 224 Falcon St. On Sydney's Lower North Shore cl;ose to Neutral Bay, Waverton, Mosman, Cremorne, Lavender Bay, Milsons Point and Cammeray.
Classes are on:
- Tuesday & Thursday nights 6:30-7:30 pm,
- Saturday morning 9:00-10:00 am.
