Located in the leafy streets of South Melbourne is the Rising Sun Hotel. Widely considered to be the Grand Old Lady of the area, The Rising Sun Hotel is most famously known for being the home of the Sydney Swans, evident in the hotel’s red and white memorabilia-filled bar which dominates the entrance. Fans of all ages flock to the Rising Sun to watch the Swans play on widescreen televisions, enjoying a meal at our Bistro afterwards to celebrate. We are open from Monday to Sunday, from 11AM to 1AM, and there’s always an event to celebrate with us.
