Let me start off by saying that there is NO regulation that requires the use of ANY product from any specific manufacturer in your storm drains. Moreover, your SWPPP can be rewritten, updated and resubmitted to the Washington State Department of Ecology at any time. If some unscrupulous company wrote the use of their specific product into your SWPPP I would recommend you have it re-written to omit that over-site.We would be happy to fix your SWPPP for you.
