The qualification will provide you with essential skills in designing and developing exciting and engaging training programs.
You will also learn to plan and undertake group-based learning, and organise the assessment process. When completing this qualification you will be equipped with the skills to deliver training and assessment in your area of expertise within the VET sector.
To complete this course you'll study 10 units in total, this includes seven (7) core units and three (3) elective units which cover design of training programs and assessment tools, addressing adult LLN skills, training delivery, mentoring and assessment activities and processes.
