Who takes the responsibility Mr Know All won't. as the Finance user did not really understand what Mr Know All was suggesting as a fix and pressed the delete key rather than the insert. The more devices and systems that are introduced the more complex the support model is.I'm not saying Social Media cannot be of help, but when it is relied upon to have the users sort their own problems out rather than plan their work in a more timely fashion I can see even more disruption. If the work is planed and there are issues the hard pressed support technician will then have a bit more time to resolve them.
