Date: 20/07/2019If I could give this deplorable company a 0 I would! They have excellent customer service when you are signing up & are very keen to take your money & that's when it ends.
I completed the AgilePM Foundation & Practitioner course. A large portion of the course has incorrect information that doesn't match the text book, it has missing information that's in the tests but not the course work & to make matters worse when I booked both exams I never received the Foundation exam email - which is meant to arrive 24 hours before the exam time. I tried to get onto them for 12 hours, I sent multiple emails, tried the online chat service which never progressed & also called countless times & left voicemails to no avail.
FINALLY I got through to the call centre & was put on hold & then hung up on. My call was only answered again when I blocked my number & then he said "oh actually we're closed, call back in 24 hours" I explained to him that my course expired in 24 hours as you must complete the exams within 3 months & he said he didn't care & hung up on me again!
At this stage even if I do somehow manage to get help overnight, in the next 12 hours before my exam was meant to start, I'm far too distressed to be able to contemplate achieving a satisfactory mark

Date: 05/11/2013I attended the Prince2 course in Melbourne last week and had a great week.
The admin side was great and extremely fast. My account manager knew everything about all parts of the Prince2 course which i needed to know (I asked a lot of questions!)
The training center which i attended was really nice and easy to get to.
if you want to pass your Prince2 exam then this is the company to go with.
