Had bad experience with TSSM. The 13 weeks extended master class has added so much stress on top of the stressful year 12 life. The school holiday program in term 2 was ok , so during term 3, I enrolled my daughter and my nephew to the 13 weeks extended master class, there were many sessions to choose and course description was written in details, but without any advise, my nephew was placed in the session that he can't do, then we realised among all the sessions listed, only one class was running, the rest were not available. After long discussion, my nephew had to pull out and TSSM agreed to refund the full amountThe 13 weeks was a nightmare, classes cancelled, teacher away, tried to squeeze all make up classes in one day, at the end, TSSM decided to cancel the 13th week class and put students with the school holiday program. Although TSSM stated the cancellation was due to clash in different subjects, I can't see how that can be avoided if they put a few subjects in one day, in my daughter situation, she had to choose between Biology or PE, I feel that it is due to not enough students participate in the 13weeks extended class, there were 5-6 to start, and only 2 students towards the endThe biggest problem I have with TSSM was the poor customer service, they were very nice and explained patiently before enrollment and payment , but there's no communication after, only being informed about changes, parents or student don't have much say, either take it or leave itMy daughter did 4 subjects, some teachers were helpful, but the Biology teacher was poor, 2 out of 5 students walked out the class at one stage due to her bad attitude.TSSM school holiday program was Ok, but I will not recommend any longer term tuition unless the student is very flexible with time and if you are willing to put up with the poor customer service
I found out about TSSM online and thought I'd give them a go. Previously i was using other providers for my son's VCE. I found the classes they conduct very professional with excellent teachers. The classes are really small which has helped my son immensely as he has been able to ask questions. Thank you TSSM, i glad i found you at this critical time of year!
We have had several problems with TSSM - all to do with enrolment and course administration rather than the courses themselves. The owners of this business need to get more involved in the operation of it as their staff are doing the business no favors. We have had problems with the online enrolment not operating, promised discounts not being applied and with changes with short notice to course lengths (with demands for extra payments for a longer course) and timings (with no provision of a refund when the student can't attend at the new time). The staff taking calls are rude and unhelpful.
