Odyssey Dumpster Rental

Update. Just got a callback from Ed. Apologized that the overage Fee wasn’t explained. If you are renting a residential dumpster ask about all fees and ask them to place plywood under the dumpster so it doesn’t dent your driveway. Lesson learned but sad they don’t call to resolve until they see a bad review.

Bait and switch....be aware. They tout white glove service, honest, integrity, award winning customer service. I ordered and was promised a 12 yard (smaller) dumpster for residential cleanup. What was delivered was a ginormous 30 yard dumpster and when I told the guy I ordered a smaller one he said not my problem...I just drop it (ie not with white gloves!) I noticed right away it did not have drain holes so the three times it down poured rain over the week and a half we had it weighted the dumpster. I received an additional invoice two weeks post pickup for $160 for a ‘2 ton overage’...none of which I was ever told if such fees, as I was told the price of the dumpster included all hauling away. Soooo..they got the price difference for that bigger dumpster I never ordered one way or another....which also damaged my new driveway by the way. I called Ed twice and am being passed along by Dan and ignored by Ed. So be careful...the price is too good to be true from these guys...and zero customer service. Will be disputing with my credit card company.
