Date: 01/04/2019A truly specialized team! I was greeted by My Duct Cleaner and he was actually helpful and explained to me that his aim was to perform an outstanding job for us. I was skillfully listened to and cared for as their client. Their client service demeanor was truthfully exceptional. While on the phone speaking to one of our customers, My Duct Cleaner team waited for me to finish so as not distracting my discussion with the loud noise of the vacuum. That moment alone truthfully speaks volumes of the client service of this business! I found my new HVAC preservation team!
Date: 28/01/2019My dryer duct was blocked pretty badly, and My Duct Cleaner was able to come out the next day to fix the problem. Most other places were a week out, and additional than twice the price. My Duct Cleaner was so great to work with, was quick and cleaned up all of the remaining mess from the block. The most excellent way to contact My Duct Cleaner is over the phone - quick service! I will use My Duct Cleaner again for my annual dryer cleaning!
