I founded Illawarra Dietetics with the aim of providing a nutrition and dietetics service in the Illawarra, with an initial focus on nutrition for adult populations and chronic disease management. The practice is built on an evidence-based practice model, which means that the advice and therapeutic interventions facilitated through the service are based on the latest scientific evidence and in the context of the clients personal values and goals.
