Date: 21/08/2022Misquoted and asked to pay double the price. The receptionist was hostile and aggressive and suggested that I made up the quote. I told her I was not making it up, asked her to check the booking as I made the booking during the same phone call in which I was given the quote. After discovering and admitting they had misquoted me they told me I must still pay the full price, regardless of being misquoted. A very unprofessional experience. I strongly advise against visiting this dentistry.
