Hindmarsh Demolition can provide assistance with the completion and lodgement of all applications to council; we can also provide waste disposal management plans, statements of environmental effects and safe work method plans devised specifically for the demolition of your property, these documents are requested by council as part of your application.

We currently work with many major building companies in SA demolishing the existing structures and preparing their clients sites for the construction of their dream home. Most of the construction companies now request that an independent NATA accredited clearance certificate is provided prior to them commencing construction works on site. We are able to arrange this on your behalf to be carried out on the day of completion so that there are no delays for the beginning of the construction.
