Date: 23/12/2016Very hard to get in contact with anyone. They never return your calls. You have to wait for an e-mail. Also, on returns, it takes FOREVER to get your credit.
Date: 21/09/2016I think this site is an awesome idea, to help women. But I am very displeased with the customer service. I ordered tattoos for my eyebrows. Since I lost them. I happily paid thru PayPal. I placed my order on Sept. 7, 2016. It was about a week later and I never received my order. I called left 4 messages, finally received a call. I was told my order was cancelled they didn't know how that happen. They would take care of it. Well, today is Sept. 21, 2016. I have left numerous messages no ONE has responded or call me back. Needless to say I contacted my bank and was credited. It's a shame that I am a customer and felt that I had to jump thru numerous hoops to get any response. I still haven't received my product. I am happy my bank was able to take care of this matter in a quick fashion. I am sorry to say I will never place another order with this company. I was so excited to find them, but sadly to say I was quickly disappointed in there follow up procedures with the customer.
