We are all about a holistic approach to food, what you eat, your lifestyle, health and well being. The main focus of food you will find here is based on my belief that food is the basis of our wellness both physically and emotionally. I favor food preparation styles that are:
CLEAN ~ which means as close to possible to its natural or source state.
RAW ~ which are foods that have been prepared without heat (> 42C), gluten or animal products.
Gluten Free ~ which is prepared traditionally using alternative ingredients without gluten.
We offer our collection of free recipes, a weekly blog and cooking class information. There are other food preparation styles I dabble with, such as "Paleo" and "Wholefood" cooking.
At Natalie Bennett Food we also believe that judgement plays no part in your emotional well being so far as food is concerned, and am not here to preach what is "right" or "wrong". I promote what is beneficial and prefer to focus on the positive rather than the negative.
