Prescom Constructions is a Sydney-based residential building company first formed in 2012. Our ethos is ‘high quality from start to finish’. We offer bespoke and boutique solutions for additions, alterations and new builds. We are recent winners of the Master Builders Association NSW 2018 Excellence in Housing Award.

Our aim is to present the highest quality of workmanship, while remaining competitive with our pricing. We are constantly working on developing a strong team of tradespeople who are passionate about their craft and efficient in their work. Our whole team is proud not only of the projects we complete, but of also the relationships we form with our clients through collaboration and communication.
