Date: 12/07/2018Only took a couple of weeks to get a quote to us re a double driveway - great. Then we decided to go ahead with the quote. They wouldn't respond. Some 6 months later they tried to tell us the had technical communication issues with phone and email, and the message that we wanted to go ahead would be passed on to the main man (Luke). Still didn't hear back from them. Finally I get through, Luke tells me he was too busy to get back to me. I told him well if that's the level of service his customers can expect, I don't think he is the right person for the job. His reply was 'well to be honest I don't really give a f**k.' Very Poor communications - I'd try and find a tradie with a bit of ethics. ELITE concrete solutions is probably not the right name...I can think of a few others....
