Established in 1988, the company provides sea-freight and air-freight container and cargo fumigation, container cleaning, heat treatments, container quarantine and the destruction of quarantine items.

Luckens Fumigation Service has a depot at Bibra Lake which serves the needs of exporters and importers whose shipments are the subject of control by the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service and/or the Department of Primary Industries. The Bibra Lake depot has full time Quarantine Officers based permanently in the yard. The Bibra Lake depot also has its own fleet of heavy machinery to carry out all facets of shipping consignments. Machinery available for consignment handling at the Bibra Lake depot includes:
