Servicing the area since 1983, Raine & Horne Caloundra was purchased by Stuart and Kylie Border in 2003, and today they leave behind the franchise approach to develop their own independent brand called “Local Agent”. Our team has a level of local knowledge and experience that means our customers are better informed. This key difference was the inspiration for our new name, Local Agent. Still located at its office at 91 Bulcock Street Caloundra, Local Agent launched its new look on 1st of August 2011 - look for the orange sign! Customers will benefit from the same very hands on, high quality level of service they have come to expect from our team.
