It was with this attitude in mind that sparked the idea to create Broad Services in early 2005 when Daniel Broadbent (Founder/Director) noticed a strong need in the market for a company bold enough to provide a wide range of property services under one banner. Not one to shy away from the difficult, Broad Services relishes the opportunity to take property services to another level for their clients and develop sustainable solutions for the long term.

All our staff undertake a detailed safety induction course including First Aid level 2, and have access to tablet technology in every service vehicle with up-to-date safety documentation managed by our cloud based systems. Job safety analysis for every job – A technician cannot proceed with a daily task until a job safety analysis has been completed. The system will remain locked until the assessment is carried out which is an excellent safety control measure to ensure staff and public safety.

This has been an excellent advancement of ours to lower unnecessary site visits for minor issues.
