As a new patient you will receive a thorough history taking and physical examination, we will then refer you for further investigation or imaging studies as required. When you return for your second treatment you can expect a detailed explanation of your condition and further information about what we can do to assist you and what will be involved. We know from research that manual therapies plus exercises and specific rehabilitation techniques can be helpful so expect to get involved with your treatment and learn to help yourself recover and heal.
