A1 Canteen is a casual eatery by Clayton Wells on the ground floor of The Old Rum Store in Chippendale, offering breakfast, lunch, takeaway coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. We serve a small selection of pre-batched cocktails that sit alongside a small wine list, Single Origin coffee, teas and bottled juices. We have selected an approachable wine list that will be constantly changing and will feature interesting global wine producers and grape varietals.
