Date: 29/03/2019Fantastic experience with Mark's Carpet Cleaning We booked a move out cleaning of a two bedroom apartment. When booking the clean the company pressured him to pay for membership deal. Cleaners arrived on time and were polite and communicated well. However they clean the property to a professional standard, predominantly the carpet, and kitchen and bathroom tiled floor. We have been charged full amount on our deposit to have the property professionally cleaned again, on top of what we paid Mark's Carpet Cleaning.

They called about half hour before arrival to let us know what time they would arrive. They were very responsive and clear, and did an amazing job with our rugs. That carpet stain was stubborn and hard to remove. These guys completely removed all the stains from the carpet. Really happy with carpet cleaning service.
