I highly recommend Back 2 New. Setting up an appointment was an easy process as the sales rep was very responsive and accommodating. The cleaners arrived on time and I was very pleased with how they had suggested the best way to clean my carpets. They were very nice, efficient and professional. I will use them again for sure.
