Oliver's Patisserie & Cafe
Oliver's patisserie, established in 2016, is an artisan
bakery producing only the finest handmade goods Baked onsite by a team of
dedicated bakers and pastry chefs, we strive to bring you the highest quality
and most consistent products. We use only the finest ingredients and the best
produce for our products. At Oliver's, we ferment our Lavern (Sourdough
Culture) for 24 hours. Every loaf of bread is hand shaped and artfully crafted
one at a time. Our dough is mixed, rested and handled slowly, then set aside to
ensure the quality and flavors are met.
