Date: 31/01/2019Great customer service! VIP Cleaning Services Melbourne costumer care called back and we made a scheduled time. He gave a quote over the telephone. I made a meeting a week out and a guy showed up on time. He calculated the area I wanted clean and got a detailed price since I did not know the exact area to be cleaned when I first spoke to VIP Cleaning Services Melbourne. The carpet was treated with a nice citrus smell and then the steam clean. My carpet is 6 years old with heavy travel and due to the wear and tear, I was surprised how much of the dirt and spots came out. I absolutely recommend using VIP Cleaning Services Melbourne and his team. I will 100% sure will use them again the future.
