RESCON Builders

Rescon is the worst builder I have come across so far. Rescon took 7 months to complete my Granny Flat after starting construction and that to after continuous follow ups. Total process took more than 1 year. Rescon declares practical completion much before completing the work and stat counting warranty period of 3 months while actual completing might be 2 months away. Practically we get not even 1 month to identify defects. They also demand final payment at the self-declared practical completing date. If you object, they threaten to further delay processing of Occupancy Certificate which takes 6 weeks in case of Rescon. We are not allowed to communicate with the site supervisor. All communication is routed through admin people who have very limited technical knowledge. The most efficient department of Recon is Accounts which is very prompt in sending invoices for the work completed or not completed. Roof leakage has not been fixed after 5 month of continuous complaining. My tenant runs Family Day Care in that room and is really suffering while her business is affected. I am starting legal proceedings against Rescon builders now. Please stay away from this builder if you do not want to suffer. Even small tradies are much more professional than Rescon builder.
