Yet another maneuver that works nicely as a Breast Enlargement Tips exercise is sometimes called a butterfly lift. For this one, you'll need a chair and a couple of hand weights (approximately three to five lbs each is advisable). Sit straight and tall on the edge of the chair along with your arms down beside you. Holding your arms straight, yet not locked, gradually raise them up and out until they're even with your shoulders. Hold this for a few seconds and then gradually lower them back again down to your sides. Try and do 15 at a time.
