Do not buy. Company tries to appear Australian but is based in Thailand. It is illegal for anyone but a licensed plumber to install these in Australia, as you are connecting a device exposed to sewage to the main drinking water supply (Thailand does not have a separate drinking water supply, and you cannot drink from the tap in Thailand). Due to the high risk of faeces backflow in to the drinking water supply if the mains water is turned off or is used for an emergency (e.g. a fire), the product needs to be Watermark certified (which it is not) and the plumber also needs to install an expensive low pressure backflow prevention valve, which must also be regularly tested. If you install one of these yourself, your insurance company will no longer cover your house, and you risk poisoning yourself and your neighbours. If you complain or ask for a full refund, they stop replying to you.
