DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Mandala doona cover looked beautiful online. Selected "sky blue chakra" in a single bed. What we got first up, was way to small for our standard single doona. When we asked for a refund, we got an apology for inconvenience and advised they would send a second. The second doona cover arrived and it too is too small (barely bigger than the first one). The material is very thick, and rough. Too rough for a pillow case for your face. And the colours are green and blue, not at all like the 'sky blue' mandala pictured online. It looks a lot like a different pattern which we did not order. KraftDirect did no respond to our subsequent emails r the problem and when we took our dispute to Paypal, they claimed we were 'gaming the system' to 'fleece merchants'. I cant remember ever needing to put in a complaint to paypal before and I am very disappointed at their response to decide against us. And I am INSULTED by the merchant's attitude and response. Far from their espoused practises and company philosophy. So I am now trying to claim through my bank and posting warning reviews where I can to warn others that they do not deal with issues in their products well. A big disappointment and costly one too. The 'doona covers' will be going in the bin as what I am going to do with them as they DONT FIT THE DOONA!
