Keratin hair extensions is also called as fusion hair extensions, and fusion hair extensions is categorized into cold fusion hair extensions and hot hair extensions, depending on how these extensions are applied.
Keratin hair extensions contains hair strands that have keratin-based dried “glue” at one end. Cold fusion hair extensions is applied by using ultrasonic waves to fuse the keratin-bond that “glue” to real hair. Hot fusion hair extensions is also applied strand by strand, but heat is used instead of ultrasonic waves.
