Smarter Bathrooms

Not good

Ilsa and I are both delighted with our new bathroom. Teresa was great to work with on the design and specification – in particular we appreciated her organising the visit to Bathe and arranging the sample of the Starck tap – and Nathan's management of the project and co-ordination of the trades was first class. Any minor problems or concerns that arose during the build were addressed and resolved promptly, and I appreciated his regular updates on the progress of the work. The attention to detail and care that 's been taken is evident in the final result – I can't fault it. It's been a pleasure for us to work with a team that not only delivered what we wanted for our bathroom, but were able to make suggestions about how best to approach the other works we asked you to undertake around the house. It's simplified the rest of the renovation project and will lead us to a better end result. So thank you for all the work – and please pass my thanks on to Vince, Peter, Vito and the rest of the team for delivering such a terrific result. Ilsa is already hankering after an update to the kitchen...so doubtless we'll be in touch again soon! with best regards Justin

Hi Matt, After a few busy months I would like to thank you for the excellent work you have done on our bathroom renovations. Ted and I were dreading the whole process,all the running around from store to store making decisions etc. Friends were going through the process and found it terrible.We could not have been more wrong. Your professional help was invaluable and being able to go to your showroom and see all the possibilities under the one roof was so easy. I must also congratulate you on the excellent team that worked on the project. They were polite, reliable,efficient and led by the wonderful Peter. The work is of an excellent standard and we are really enjoying the bathroom.The fact that it was completed on time or even a little early was another bonus. Our friends' bathroom on the other hand took nearly twice as long as they were told. Thank you again Ted and I would recommend you to anyone. Ted and Natasha
