DON'T USE THEM! They are great at taking your order but not so good at outlining the poor quality of their products. We made an order after discussing our needs with staff only to find out AFTER the balloons were ready for pickup that they wouldn't last long enough to use at our party the next day! And of course, they blamed us for not finding the undisclosed deficiency in their product and refused a refund! My suggestion is try elsewhere! We won't be recommending them to anyone!
