Date: 06/03/2020The Chiq TV bought from Garry Thyer's only lasted 4 months before the tv no longer had a picture, just had verticle lines down the middle of the screen. I took it back to Garry Thyer's and they didn't want to know about it. I am angry at myself for not buying from JB HiFi as I have had exceptional after sales service there and have had faulty items replaced by them over the counter 6 months after purchasing. My advice is to steer clear of Betta because they say all the right things when you are looking to buy but if you have after sales issues they don't want to know you.
