Same experience as everyone else. Disappointed and wasted my money

Part broken on delivery. Bought the Deluxe weatherproof rabbit hutch. leaking and does not seem weatherproof. Wood is bad quality and is not worth it's Deluxe title.

What a nightmare it has been, it was meant to be delivered on the 8th of July. I have had to deal with their courier company border express.. With not resolution. I asked to speak to a manager, about their non-existent customer service policy. To be told by [Stephanie ] "why do I want to speak to a manger"...Um are you kidding me.. it's called customer service. I asked for a guarantee from her that a manager would call me today. She's like well I can't guarantee that will occur and the longer I speak to you.. the longer it will take, My god they are so rude> Lodging a complaint with afterpay Do not use this company They have zero policies and procedures for goods lost in transport, they have 0 customer service and don't even allow you to speak to a manager. I am now asking for a full refund as I have no confidence in their product at all Purchased in July 2022 for $590. Value for Money

Poor quality, didn’t last the test of time. Waterproof roof is not waterproof, leaked and has separated from the surrounding housing. Cheap fabrication and not sturdy enough for purpose. Company support was unhelpful and unprofessional. Told me to glue it up, and refused to respond to reasonable enquires for days on end. Spend $1000 for a unit that is useless. Buyer beware.

Dog kennel was poor quality and the wooden slats kept falling out. Poor quality wood used and some things (screws, wood, paneling) didn't line up. Would not accept the fault and only offered $100 refund . The total price was over $1000.

The product did not even last a year! Very inferior materials used.

6 weeks of use and this Somerzby Catio product is falling apart. Company refuses refund and says this poor quality is normal. Social media contact reveals that this is a common problem and the company just ignores complaints. Having to go to court now for the refund I’m entitled to. Avoid at all costs if you want it to last more than a couple of months.
