Quality Site’s origins are found in the spread of natural gas to regional towns. Crews digging trenches, laying and welding pipes and connecting houses brought gas to Drouin, Warragul, Longwarry and Trafalgar. Key customers today range from mining, water and waste treatment, pump stations, local businesses and the rural community. Workshop facilities include the ability to cut and press mild steel plate up to 12mm, rolling, machining and profile cutting. The company has developed welding procedures and qualified its employees to these procedures enabling welding to AS1554 SP and AS4041 for a range of materials, consumable types and all positions. Welding procedures can be developed for specific tasks. We work with mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel. Our workshop facilities complement our On Site Capabilities. Our ability to complete challenging on site projects on time to an agreed standard differentiates QSW from our competitors. We have two fully fitted site trucks with standalone welding capability and a Liebherr 40T all terrain cranes. Our employees have current training in working at heights, rigging, dogging, articulated crane, first aid and confined space entry.
