Siquay Solutions supplies air filter cleaning equipment to the Australian market.

The filter cleaning machine uses a cyclone to apply a negative airflow to the filter which blows large dust particles out of the paper membrane. The machine uses a nozzle that rotates 360 degrees moving along the inside of the air filters to dislodge dust. dust that is dislodged is suctioned by the cyclone where it is placed in drums as waste.

This is a dry method of filter cleaning that doesn’t involve impact, or chemicals minimising damage to the filter and impact on the environment. The filter cleaning will not remove 100% of dust but as shown in the research paper from Southwest research institute the cleaner will remove nearly 90%

each clean. We recommend that the filters are replaced after 3 cleans or once they are operating at less than 75% capacity.
