Unlike many other facilities, we’re not a dementia wing attached to a frail aged hostel. We only have residents with dementia and our staff are trained to be experts in this type of very specialised care. We’re small enough to retain that old fashioned personal contact . . . . We’re not one of a group of facilities managed by a faceless corporation. That means that we greet you by name, and you know who to contact when you have a query. Our care staff (and some of them have been with us for many years) so they know our residents as well as they know their own Family. The use of Agency staff in our Facility is a rare occurrence.
