Victor Care provides disability services to people in need, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support for individuals with disabilities under the (NDIS) National Disability Insurance Scheme guidelines. We understand the challenges that people with disabilities face on a daily basis, and we strive to make their lives easier and more fulfilling.
Our team is made up of highly qualified and experienced professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. We offer a wide range of services to meet the unique needs of everyone, including in-home care, community support, and respite care.
Some of the services we offer include:
- In-home care: We provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. We can also provide assistance with medication management and other healthcare needs.
- Community support: We can accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and other community activities. We can also provide assistance with grocery shopping and other errands.
- Transport: We provide support worker with vehicle to provide you transportation to anywhere you want.
- Social support: We provide support workers to people with disabilities and find them right support worker. One that can not only ‘do’ the job, but also matches the participants personality, wants and needs.
We understand that every person with a disability has unique needs and challenges. That's why we take a personalized approach to care and support. We work closely with each individual and their family to develop a care plan that meets their specific needs and goals.
