Booking discussions and clarifications concerning the Clients' terms and conditions (eg.rates, required hours) are conducted on our website between Talents and Clients privately via our encrypted chat system, without LITTLE LUSH BOOK's direct participation.
In case of any disputes and/or concerns, LITTLE LUSH BOOK gives the option to report users, which LITTLE LUSH BOOK can then operate as a moderator to ensure fairness between both parties. LITTLE LUSH BOOK does not take any commission from either Talent or Client; therefore, all jobs are to be agreed on prior to the booking, and to be dealt with in cash directly between the agreeing parties.
LITTLE LUSH BOOK provides a rating feature for both Clients and Talent which allows stars and comments to be allocated for both parties after a successful job booking has taken place. Therefore, parties can review the applicants, and vice versa for Talent applying to a job listed by a Client on our page. This feature allows all participating parties feel more confident with the booking process and creating a safer and more reliable work environment.
The aim is to give our Clients reassurance they are hiring reliable Talent, and for our Talent to feel confident applying to the particular job posted. Both Client and Talent can be reported if any misconduct has taken place. LITTLE LUSH BOOK can potentially ban accounts that violate any unsafe work practices or misconduct.
