Karina Templeton provides patients with Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine treatments at Melbourne Holistic Health Group, Fairfield. My special interest is women's health; PMT, Fertility, IVF Support, any Menstrual Irregularities, Endometriosis, PCOS, Fibroids, Turning Breech Babies, Induction of Labor and anything in-between through to Menopause.
I treat any condition including Anxiety, Low Energy, Depression, Insomnia, Muscular Skeletal Conditions, Glandular Fever, Skin Conditions, Common Colds, Hay Fever.
Your treatment will be individualised to suit your body and its presenting condition. Everyone is different, experiences things differently and so treatment needs to be personalised. Time is taken to talk about your condition and the gentle nature of Chinese Medicine is a relaxing experience. I love what I do and take on every case professionally, working with you to design a treatment plan.
I work within a highly professional and supported clinic in Fairfield and have a network of referrals if needed. I trained extensively for 5 years, in Australia to complete a double degree of Health Science at RMIT in Human Biology and Chinese Medicine. I completed a four month Chinese Medicine Hospital Internship in Nanjing China. I continue to complete ongoing training and seminars to stay up to date in my field and to extend my knowledge. I'm registered Nationally and through ACCMA.
I am a qualified Myotherapist and have previously worked in this profession. This has enhanced my understanding and practice of Musculo-Skeletal Injuries and Pain Management.
