Export Office 365 Mailbox to PST
It is recommended to export the Office 365 mailbox to PST for securing the data for future use. On the other hand, the PST file opens easily in any version of Outlook. So here are the steps to follow to Export Office 365 Mailbox to PST using the Shoviv tool.
How to use Shoviv Exchange Recovery Manager?
· Tap on Add Source icon on the dashboard a wizard will open.
Tap on Office 365 button in
the middle left of the wizard.
Provide credentials and tap Next.
If any mailboxes remain missing,
users can add that mailbox in this wizard and click on Finish.
Then tap on the Outlook PST icon
on the dashboard.
Select/unselect sub-folders
accordingly and tap on Next.
Select whether to export in
existing PST or export and create new PST and then tap Next.
Use item filters based on message
class and date appropriately and tap on Next.
Now, the export process will start
with the on-time report. Click on the finish button when the
process completes.
