We @GYMHA believe that Everyone, everywhere should have someone to turn to in support of their mental health.

As COVID-19 continues to spread, the future has never felt so unpredictable. These are challenging times for us all, and we hope you’re in good spirits and health!

Right now, we’re doing everything possible to sustain daily operations and provide services to our community.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there’s been an increase in call rates, telephone and online counselling for the young people we support.

Now, more than ever, our community needs us. And we need you.

We are asking for donations to help us continue supporting the youth in our communities.
