Date: 01/12/2019I have had several friends use these machines, usually tied to pubs with gaming machines. On more than one occasion, they have had their cards "declined" only to find the amount deducted from their bank but not paid out by the machine. This appears to be when the network slows down and the payment processing company's system has timed out. They were told to refer to their bank, the bank insists payment was made and refused to reimburse.
Where does that money go I wonder?
