Via Fratelli’s aim is to provide great tasting fresh food accompanied by quality customer service second to none.

Via Fratelli’s wood fired pizza is baked at temperatures close to 400 degrees Celsius next to a redgum fire in an Italian clay oven. The pizza dough is specially made for our oven and results in a beautiful soft, elastic, tender and fragrant base. 

Via Fratelli was established in 2011 by two proprietors, Michael and Jonathon Lomonaco, Two Italian Brother’s.
