spin cycling from your home and ride events for our community of riders in both
Melbourne & Sydney. We also organise international ride retreats and ride
events for corporate clients. Our signature rides are the ultimate full body workout and
a multi-sensory journey, connecting mind and body through the bike with
the right balance of music, movement and motivation.
