Date: 19/07/2023AGA suggested CAT Reman as an option. Initially, I was hesitant about buying remanufactured parts since I had never done so before. However, AGA assured me that this purchase would be reliable and worthwhile. Taking a chance, I decided to go ahead with it, and I'm glad I did. The CAT Reman part has been performing well, and I have no regrets about my decision.
Of course, if this element ever fails in the future, I need to order a new one. However, I'm already aware of where I'll turn to for that – AGA has earned my trust, and they will be my go-to supplier when needed.

I would like to know the price and terms of cooperation upfront before submitting an application for spare parts. It is important for me to make the right choice and be confident that I will not be disappointed.

Date: 28/09/2020AGA has a very convenient online service for sending inquiries. You can send a request even at night, the guys will process the request fast and will try to help. Apparently they have 24 hour a day customer service support during weekdays. If you want to save money, you can ask for aftermarket parts. They offer many alternative brands for CATERPILLAR at a very reasonable price.
