Giving them rating one is a bit too generous of me. I would not give them any star at all. Very rude, arrogant attitude. We took our wedding rings for resizing. The guy was very arrogant, rude and grumpy. He promised us it could be done in about a week. We went back after more than 1 week, it was still not ready yet. No one bothered to give us any call or anything and we went all the way there for nothing. No apology from himself. Then we went back after another week. We got the rings, but so many things went wrong, it was totally out of expectation! He still wanted to charge us full price. Again, no apology from him. He was still trying to talk down on us and lecture us. Very rude attitude!! Avoid him and this shop at all cost!!
