Avoid arguments in
the hours before Somnapure bedtime
to your teen. If you need to discuss something painful, try to approach this
subject in the day. Difficult conversations before bedtime can lead to disputes,
which makes it more difficult for both of you sleep. Encourage your teen to:
Turn off all electronic devices (TV, video games, computers or any screen that
emits light) about 1 hour before sleep. It is best to let the televisions and
computers out of the bedroom. Watch TV, movies, playing video games and chat
with friends on social media stimulates the brain instead of letting it slow
its activity Sleep
Disorders. Light screens also prevent the brain to produce melatonin
(the hormone that promotes sleep). Relax reading or listening to quiet music.
Go to bed when we feel sleepy. Your teen must associate the bed with
sleep.
