Date: 23/01/2020Avoid this unethical company. Did a really dodgy job on the roof especially plumbing leading to severe leaks. Leaks led to mould and in other units build by same company, compromise of the ceiling structural integrity.
Owner of DNQ/K1 homes is very hard to find given the online contact details are incorrect (including the address on this site) and the physical store no longer exists. When he is eventually found, it was very difficult to get him to do anything of substance.
I was promised to have the mould cleaned up and that there was nothing else wrong on the roof. However he never came back, and the first thing I saw when I got on the roof is that the air condition unit ISN'T fixed onto the roof, so it can just move around freely.
When confronted with these inconsistencies and empty promises, the owner promptly changed numbers and not to be found again.
