A typical circuit might be: squat, overhead press, standing row. You would do these 3 exercises in a row, then rest for 60 a few seconds. You would then do the 3 exercises again, rest just to do them one more hours. That's just a quick position. You can add more exercises, up and down length for this rest period, do 4 exercises rather than 3, do 4 circuits instead of 3, other people. The possibilities are endless.
